Final Weigh In

So today was the day. I know I have slacked in blogging this last month, but my schedule has been sooo busy! The last few weeks have been okay. I have lost some weeks and stayed the same others. It has been a great 3 months and although the competition is over, my weight loss is not. I have definitely learned to be more aware of what I eat, especially when eating out. That is what will hurt the weight loss everytime. I have been consistently working out 3 days a week and will hopefully bump it up to 4 over the next month. My original goal was to get down to 143.5. I think all the stress and business of life has hindered it greatly because I did not meet my goal :( I did lose some and plan to continue to lose and blog until the very last pound! Thanks for all of your support over the last 3 months!

Stuck in a Rut!

Well this week's weigh in is no different than last week. I am definitely stuck in a rut! My eating habits are still less than par and although my exercise routine is getting better, it is still not where it needs to be. I need some motivation this week...and for the teachers to stop bringing sweets to share!!! Still have about 20 lbs left to go. Maybe spring break will jump start me again.

Slacking this week

So I have slacked on updating this week. Mainly because last week was very uneventful. At my week 6 weigh in I weighed the same as last week :( I did work out a bit more, but my eating habits were not good at all. I am beginning to eat more of my healthy stuff and not eat out as much. That really is where it will get you. Also not eating healthy snacks has been a killer. I instead eat something that is high in calories and does not fill me up so I am just ready to eat an hour later. I will focus this week on making better choices.

Yet another weigh in!

So today is week 5 of our weight loss challenge. This last week has been a little crazy and I wasn't able to work out as much as I wanted. This weekend I ate horribly too! Not on purpose, but with out working out it is hard to stay under my calorie goal! In spite of all that I did lose 1 1/2 pounds. I plan to get back on track with working out. I usually try to work out 5 days a week. Last week I only got in 2 :( I will again attempt to bump it back up to at least 4.

Weigh in time!

Today's weigh in was a good one. I knew this last week had been a good one, even with a few days over my calorie limit. I had worked out 5 days this week and 1 day I did some strength training at home. My change in diet has been easier than I expected and I am learning to make new things that still taste good!

This weeks weigh in: 165!

That is a total of 8 pounds lost. I am right on track for my goal!

I did decide to also reward myself at the end if I reach my goal. I am going to set back a little money to go shopping with! I will need it because most my clothes will hopefully not fit :)

Weigh in Week 3

Okay so with my 3rd weigh in I knew this wasn't going to be good! This last week and a half has thrown me completely off my routine and schedule. I think I have eaten non-stop with limited exercise :(

This weeks weigh in: 170.

I am determined to get back in the swing of things and change my schedule up a bit to fit in my workouts. These next few months are crazy during the week!

Unofficial weigh in

Well being stuck inside all week was not a good week for me! I think I ate all 4 days straight and not healthy! On top of that I wasn't able to work out except for once on Thursday. I weighed first thing Monday morning and I had gained back a few pounds, less than I expected though. I did work out Monday and plan on making it to the gym on my regular schedule. My next "official" weigh in is Thursday. Stay tuned!
